About the Role

Ashman Drywall & Renovations Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our construction sites are clean and safe for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our construction sites.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. A permanent position with 40 hours per week is available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
