About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at 1164610 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the construction site, including hallways, floors, stairs, windows, and walls, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris, dirt, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Physical Demands: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, initiative, and organization are essential for this role.
