Our Indigenous Employee Resource Group provides a supportive and inclusive environment for Indigenous employees to connect, share knowledge, and advance equity and decolonization in the workplace. We also offer an Elder in Residence program, which engages a small circle of Elders from the local host Nations and the urban Indigenous community to provide cultural support to Indigenous staff.
