Job Title: Residential Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that project specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the project.
  • Manage and coordinate with Estimators, Construction Superintendents, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the hiring of sub-trades, purchasing of materials, and completion of daily and weekly project schedules.
  • Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
  • Conduct site visits as needed and participate in Job Kick Off Meetings.
  • Liaise with clients and attend site meetings with clients, architects, engineers, etc. as required.
  • Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
  • Review project costs vs. planned costs and report to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician Certificate/Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand elevations.
  • Previous landscape experience is a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Work Pro, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project Manager, and Adobe Reader.
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
