Job Summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our hotel operations in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our hotel managers, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to hotel managers, focusing on guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and owner satisfaction.
  2. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  3. Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial performance and compliance with company policies.
  4. Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, development, and retention.
  5. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Regional Director of Operations or multi-unit hotel manager, with a strong track record of success in hotel operations.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA).
