We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at 2193433 Alberta Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people.
- Bondability: Must be bondable.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail required.
- Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized.
- Team Player: Must be a team player.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English language required.
