About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc. as a key member of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing returns.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, upholding the company's reputation and interests.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Setting: The ideal candidate is willing to relocate to support the organization's growth and expansion.
  • Work Conditions: The Operations Director will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language for this role.
  • Hours: The Operations Director will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
