We are seeking a strategic leader to enhance our marketing initiatives and drive growth. This role encompasses overseeing sales, fostering partnerships, and implementing effective local marketing strategies that translate into meaningful outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate local sales and marketing teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to enhance brand recognition and value, including establishing relationships with various media outlets.
  • Oversee profitable operations through diligent management of the P&L.
  • Maintain close collaboration with global teams to optimize platform utilization and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across Canada, including educational fair organizers and other strategic partners.
  • Act as a representative of Crimson's culture, embodying our core values and representing the company at events and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with Crimson's standard operating procedures through accurate and regular reporting.
  • Identify potential mergers and acquisitions that align with our strategic goals.
  • Enhance the overall student experience to achieve a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize educational coordination and strategic models in the region, aiming for both profit and NPS targets.
  • Oversee student support services to ensure students meet their established goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relevant partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence, with experience in executing sales and marketing strategies in complex business environments.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and strategic agility.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A relentless drive for success.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in social media marketing across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of the Canadian education landscape and knowledge of overseas admissions is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
