About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Senior Manager to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of helpdesk technicians to provide technical support and resolution to client issues
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve service delivery and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and training to helpdesk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk management role, with a strong technical background
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
