Biz Empower Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization.
About the RoleThe Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, establishing financial and administrative controls, and approving overall human resources planning.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
- Conduct performance reviews
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in financial and administrative management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
