- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
- Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Engage in community programs that assist newcomers and refugees
- Address immediate settlement needs
- Facilitate social and labor market integration
- Support credential recognition for newcomers
- Provide diversity training to foster an inclusive environment
- Participate in programs that support Veterans
- Offer mentorship and networking opportunities
