Job Summary
The **Delivery Executive** is a critical role within SAP's Consulting and Professional Services team, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP solutions to our clients. This position requires a strong program management background, with experience in delivering software in enterprise environments and managing multiple client projects of significant scope and duration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective project/program oversight for one or more Value or Strategic accounts, working closely with the customer, Services Client Partner, and other partners to ensure overall success.
- Establish and maintain effective Program Governance for each account, serving as the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle.
- Position additional SAP Services in support of customer success, identifying and developing business opportunities, and creating long-term value plans with customers to achieve business objectives.
- Manage overall services relationships between customer, partner, and SAP, ensuring projects/programs are delivered on-time, within budget, and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to the SAP project team, including resource strategy, issues and escalation management, project execution, and general information.
- Support administrative and cultural excellence by demonstrating behaviors consistent with SAP's values-based culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management experience in 4+ SAP Software project lifecycles.
- Experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments (Fortune 100 or larger).
- Superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.).
- PMP Certified.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
Additional Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management experience.
- Major Systems Integrator experience preferred.
- ERP implementation leadership experience.
- Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations.
- Demonstrated leadership by example style in managing teams and clients.
