The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team in Southdale. As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you'll be responsible for identifying client needs, educating clients on available insurance solutions, and encouraging the sale of company products.

We're seeking an individual with:
- A Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
- 2-5 years' experience in Personal Insurance sales, preferably with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
