Job Summary:

Maintain a welcoming environment for students seeking academic support at Mount Royal University. Collaborate with the Central Academic Advising Office to provide valuable assistance and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to students navigating registration systems
  • Assist students in accessing online resources and campus services
  • Facilitate registration information sessions and workshops
  • Collaborate with Academic Advisors to ensure seamless student support
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of campus resources and services
  • Support student success initiatives and promote a positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of academic support services and resources
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Must be an MRU student in good academic standing
