The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Direct staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Motivate staff and promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Office Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
    • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
    • Train other workers and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support administrative tasks.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
    • Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
