Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at People Corporation. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences for our Group Insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients on a daily basis, managing a variety of client sizes and providing timely support to meet their needs.
  • Claims and Administrative Support: Assist clients with claims and administrative support, ensuring seamless processing and resolution.
  • Contract Review and Billing: Review contracts and assist with billing and eligibility questions, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Amendments and Claims Processing: Process amendments and assist with disability and life claims, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the Group insurance industry, with a strong understanding of group insurance products and processes.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and hold yourself accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in Mandarin or Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
