Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, addressing customer complaints, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Workplace Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
