Head of Design & Engineering
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dynamic leader to shape the future of our Design & Engineering function at Marshalls Civils and Drainage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to develop and implement a customer-focused technical, design, and engineering strategy that supports our future growth plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and inspire a talented team, driving innovation and operational excellence
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Develop and implement a technical, design, and engineering strategy that supports our future growth plans
* Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and contractors to deliver innovative solutions
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 5+ years technical or civil engineering background
* Relevant engineering qualification to degree/chartered level
* Experience using design software packages such as AUTOCAD, Revit, or 3D Civils
* Previous experience within the drainage, water management, or SuDS sectors is desirable
