About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at Sobh Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of floor coverings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install various types of floor coverings, including carpeting, resilient flooring, and underlay.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure a seamless finish.
  • Prepare floors for installations by removing existing coverings and contaminants.
  • Operate knee kickers and other equipment to stretch carpeting and ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Perform direct glue-down carpet installations and double-bond carpet installations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Install outdoor carpets and other types of floor coverings as required.
Work Environment

As a Floor Covering Specialist, you will work on various commercial and residential projects, often on-site. You will be required to travel to different locations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organized and efficient in your work, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
