Valve Assembler Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Valve Assembler to join our Operations team in Brantford, ON. As an integral part of our cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and build manifolds, valves, and related products to meet quality and production standards.
- Follow established work instructions and procedures to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
- Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
- Operate product test equipment and power tools to verify product quality and functionality.
- Prepare name plates, Mylar labels, and print I&M sheets as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and meet business objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalent post-secondary education required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
