About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Valve Assembler to join our Operations team in Brantford, ON. As an integral part of our team, you will support our operation in a cross-functional setting, requiring a safety mentality, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and build manifolds, valves, and related products to meet quality and production standards.
  • Follow work instructions and procedures, written and verbal, to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and production.
  • Operate product test equipment to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Operate power tools, drills, impact guns, and manual hand tools to assemble and build products.
  • Prepare name plates, Mylar labels, and print I&M sheets as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent post-secondary education required.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively work with other workers and management.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
