About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Mima Concrete Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and prevent damage.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a physically demanding environment. You will need to be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.

Personal Qualities and Experience
  • We are looking for someone with 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • You should be accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player.
