Position Overview
As a specialist in property and casualty insurance claims, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and sustaining business relationships with clients and members regarding their claims. Your expertise will be vital in managing complex property insurance claims and moderate accident benefit and bodily injury claims. You will be responsible for investigating and validating claims, employing your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to evaluate damages, estimate costs, and determine market value, while producing and reviewing necessary documentation to establish settlement amounts.
- Analyze medical, financial, and employment information to ascertain eligibility for benefits in accordance with statutory guidelines.
- Resolve claims in alignment with the organization's standards, policies, and commitments to quality, ensuring timely completion to enhance client satisfaction and avoid penalties.
- Engage in negotiations with all parties involved to facilitate seamless claims processing.
