What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a skilled Claims Examiner to join our Casualty and Liability team. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving claims in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess claims to determine liability and damages
- Communicate with claimants, brokers, and legal counsel to resolve claims
- Prepare and present claims summaries and reports
- Manage a high-volume caseload and meet productivity standards
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of liability claim handling experience
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
