Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all inventory is properly managed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
