Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Food Preparation: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Assistance with Settlement: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and childcare.
  • Foreign Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
