Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant Gravenhurst. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet or concession.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and physically demanding work environment.
