Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a part time front desk receptionist to join our team at Spine and Sports Physiotherapy and Massage clinic. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients and clients.
- Process patient payments, handle billing and insurance inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including preparing patient charts, updating medical records, and performing other tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
