Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving guest complaints
- Supervise and train front desk staff, including providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with the coordination of hotel events and activities, including weddings, conferences, and group bookings
- Monitor and maintain front desk systems, including the property management system and other software
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
The front desk supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
