About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at Ashoka Indian Cuisine. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and advise on menu selections.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
