Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2760824 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our dining room staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
  • Dishroom Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
  • Food Inventory: Keep accurate records of the quantities of food used, supporting our kitchen operations and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Supply Handling: Handle and store cleaning products, ensuring that they are used and stored safely and efficiently.
  • Receiving and Storage: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, maintaining a well-organized and efficient storage system.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
