Requirements
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development; CHRP/CHRL designation strongly preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in a professional services environment with deep understanding of firm structure and roles within Business Service departments
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with people at all levels; bilingualism would be considered an asset
  • Proven track record of management, organizational, delegation, time management and supervisory skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines and resolve issues in a customer service environment
  • Excellent project management skills
