Senior Compensation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Career Consulting Team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients optimize their business performance through effective talent management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand industry trends, business strategies, and compensation practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and reward strategies to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement job evaluation and classification systems.
  • Analyze financial and organizational data to provide insights that inform talent management decisions.
  • Prepare client presentations and recommendations to senior management and boards of directors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, finance, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or human resources.
