Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for designated clients, cultivating robust relationships to grasp their business goals and requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and implement customized solutions that surpass client expectations.
  • Evaluate and monitor account performance metrics, offering clients valuable insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Spot opportunities for account development and growth, including cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, address any issues, and collect feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving business outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is advantageous.
