Position: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Parry Sound, ON
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare quotes for new projects to meet customer specifications
- Utilize AS400 software for invoice generation
- Respond to customer inquiries and expedite the quoting process
- Advocate for Westburne as a premier automation solutions provider
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to enhance customer support and knowledge
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities
- Strengthen brand visibility and improve customer interactions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with prior experience in quotations
