Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications efficiently
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for legal proceedings
- Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents
- Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents
- Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy
