Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications efficiently
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments for legal proceedings
  • Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents
  • Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy
