About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Toronto Pallet Pro Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, including delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
