Senior Project Manager

Aurora Geosciences Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager - Geology to lead our exploration geology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct multi-drill advanced exploration programs to achieve resource delineation, data processing, and QA/QC.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to support a multidisciplinary approach to the program.
- Prepare technical reports and ensure timely submission.
- Balance field and office work, with a focus on exploration programs in the Yukon.
- Lead a team of geologists and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Geology.
- Registered P.Geo status in at least one Canadian jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral exploration.
- Practical experience managing exploration programs from grassroots to advanced phases.
- First-hand experience working in Canada's North or similar terranes.
- Practical experience logging diamond drill core.
- Proven ability to manage and direct drill programs and remote exploration camps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
