Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Saini Logistic Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Logistics Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational logistics performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain warehouse and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, conducting performance reviews to ensure high standards of performance.
- Assignment and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, ensuring that all activities are completed to the highest standard.
- Dispatching and Scheduling: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a warehouse environment, lifting and moving equipment as needed.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, and values and ethics.
