Position Overview:
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales targets for individual insurance and investment offerings through our network of MGAs and brokers. Your expertise will be crucial in the territories assigned to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the designated line of business.
- Provide ongoing support to advisors, enhancing business development efforts and adding value to our distribution channels.
- Leverage your understanding of the brokerage landscape and MGAs within Western Canada.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years' experience in financial services and insurance.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, or French is advantageous.
- Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a plus.
- Possession of industry designations such as LLQP, CFP, CLU, or PFA is beneficial.
