We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Kitchen Manager at our esteemed establishment. If you have a passion for food and a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, this position may be an excellent fit for you.

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 yearKey Responsibilities
  • Determine optimal portion sizes and costs to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Manage inventory and records to maintain a high level of food quality and safety
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to meet health and safety standards
  • Recruit and hire qualified staff to support kitchen operationsEssential Skills and Qualities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
