Overview

As a Sales Route Specialist, your primary responsibilities will encompass two key areas: (1) driving sales and expanding the business and (2) providing exceptional service to clients through delivery and product presentation. You will be tasked with cultivating and maintaining a thriving snack foods operation for a designated group of retail partners, such as grocery stores, gas stations, and convenience outlets.

Competitive Salary A flexible work environment that encourages a healthy work-life balance A vibrant and inclusive culture that allows you to bring your authentic self to work A supportive team dedicated to your professional growth and development An opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work and projects A chance to contribute to the community through our Always on Volunteer 360 Program An organization committed to leveraging its scale, reach, and expertise to foster a more sustainable world Responsibilities Recognizing evolving customer needs through continuous analysis of top-selling products Regular communication with store managers Developing all assigned accounts in relation to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service goals Selling and implementing national and local promotions, securing placement of additional marketing materials, displays, racks, and managing product inventory based on customer demand Overseeing inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for clients Engaging in hands-on tasks: managing product placement on shelves, enhancing shelf visibility and racks, handling carton returns, inventory movement, and maintaining cleanliness of shelving and racks Qualifications High School diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset Valid full G driver's license or class 5 driver's license Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation and a clear driving record Flexible scheduling: work hours may vary (including weekends and holidays) Previous sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods or retail setting preferred Exceptional organizational skills (capable of managing multiple priorities, problem-solving, and meeting targets) Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
