Overview

As a Territory Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include (1) driving sales and expanding the business and (2) providing exceptional service to clients through effective delivery and merchandising strategies. You will be tasked with nurturing and growing a vibrant snack foods portfolio among a designated group of retail partners, such as grocery chains, gas stations, and convenience outlets.

Competitive Salary and Benefits A flexible work environment that encourages a healthy work-life balance A vibrant and inclusive culture that allows you to bring your authentic self to work A collaborative team that supports your professional growth and development Opportunities to make a meaningful impact through your work and projects Chances to contribute to the community through our Always on Volunteer 360 Program An organization committed to leveraging its scale, reach, and expertise to foster a more sustainable world Responsibilities Assessing evolving customer needs through ongoing analysis of top-selling products Regular communication with retail managers Developing all assigned accounts in terms of sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service goals Implementing and promoting national and local marketing initiatives, securing placement of additional marketing materials, displays, racks, and managing product inventory to meet customer demand Overseeing inventory management to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for clients Engaging in hands-on tasks: managing product positioning on shelves, enhancing shelf visibility and rack placements, handling returns, moving inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of shelving and racks Qualifications High School diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset Valid full G driver's license or class 5 driver's license Access to a vehicle and a clear driving record Flexible scheduling: work hours may vary (including weekends and holidays) Previous experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods or retail environment preferred Exceptional organizational skills (ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet targets) Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
