Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our office by establishing and maintaining office procedures and routines.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Support: Provide exceptional support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including payroll administration, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with HR software.
