Job Description

As a Cleaning Specialist at Live in Comfort Cleaning, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services for residential clients. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all designated areas including bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust and vacuum floors as required.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Supply Management: Restock supplies and notify management when additional inventory is needed.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Client Communication: Follow all given instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the supervisor or client.
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Standard knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Professionalism: Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting (up to 25lbs), bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Transportation: Your own reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Driver's License: Must have and maintain a valid G Ontario driver's license.
  • Bondability: Must be bondable. A criminal record check is required and will be done on our end. We will cover the expenses associated with the background check.
  • References: At least two professional references.
