Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Plan and Coordinate Housekeeping ActivitiesYou will be responsible for planning and coordinating housekeeping activities, including the selection and purchase of equipment and supplies, and the coordination of contract services.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsYou will be responsible for ensuring that our housekeeping standards are met, including the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesYou will be responsible for managing our inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
Respond to Guest ComplaintsYou will be responsible for responding to guest complaints and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Working ConditionsThis is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
