We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our resort facilities.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and quality are met.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including maintenance and laundry services, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
