Position Overview
Are you dedicated to the field of nursing? We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Leader with experience in supervision to become a part of our Primary Care team. The perfect candidate will provide empathetic patient care while adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.
The Nurse Team Leader will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure competent and ethical care for patients across various environments. Additionally, they will offer direction and oversight to the assigned teams to guarantee quality care in alignment with the patient's Care Plan.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Registered with the BC College of Nursing Professionals
