About the Role
The Project Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in the development and implementation of project plans, including drafting proposals, RFQs, budgets, and preliminary schedules;
- Coordinate project set-up in our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry;
- Conduct pre-project activities, including generating draft project charters, stakeholder registers, and project organization and communication charts;
- Draft project schedules and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports;
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress and requirements;
- Monitor project plans, work hours, and budget reports, identifying and mitigating potential risks;
- Communicate project information, status, and issues to project teams and stakeholders;
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and cost-effective delivery of project outcomes;
- Perform other duties as required to support the successful execution of projects.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software and tools;
- Diploma in Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
- PMP training designation is an asset.
