Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical documentation, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversight and Supervision: Provide technical and administrative oversight on projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Project Meetings: Lead and participate in regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Technical Documentation: Participate in planning and manage the implementation of architectural technical documents, including drawing packages and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the timeliness and quality of architectural technical document submissions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Approval Processes: Manage the preparation of architectural technical document packages and related submittals for planning, approvals, and specifications.
  • Project Reporting: Participate in the preparation of project reports and status updates as required.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a licensed Architect.
  • Project Experience: Proven experience working on large to medium-scale projects.
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed Architect in New Brunswick or immediately eligible for licensure.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Revit experience is highly desirable.
    • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft 365 suite.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, is an asset.
